Service and price

ByteOps GmbH processes an enquiry for address information from German population registers. The displayed service price is charged per enquiry. The service is limited to natural persons and is intended for adults. We do not guarantee that a current address will be found or disclosed.

The fee may still be due if the authority returns a negative, inconclusive or unusable result. Processing time depends on the responsible authority. An address obtained after a move may not be current.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and use any result only for lawful purposes. In particular, it must not be used for advertising, address trading, harassment or stalking. You may be required to verify your identity before placing the order.

Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract. The full notice, exercise instructions and exceptions are in § 10 of the German terms. During checkout you can expressly request that service begins before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge the consequence for your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
